Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Lushsupportteam@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Download the FitPro app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the in-app instructions to pair your Lush™ Smart Watch via Bluetooth. The app is compatible with Android 5.0+ and iOS 8.0+.
